The perfect lie

Everyone around has the perfect life.  I fall prey to this all the time.  I look and see people and their beautiful children and think they never struggle or their life doesn't seem too hard.  I'm sure others look at me and my life and think the same thing.  They see that I get to stay at home with my kids, that I have 2 beautiful healthy children.  What they don't see are the years of heartbreak and I'm not talking about just infertility, I'm talking abuse, health issues, family issues, and other things.  It's hard to see the cracks but they are there.  I recently discovered a neighbor's hardship and had to ponder this deeply.  Life feels so hard sometimes and I just pray we can all endure.
